California Youth Harp Ensemble Program Information

Each student in the California Youth Harp Ensemble will receive 6 group classes from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027. We are focusing on developing ensemble skills in a small group setting where we can individualize and create an environment where students can coordinate, listen, and engage more comfortably. This will help students to play in a large ensemble setting such as in orchestra. Each class will be one hour each. Students are required to attend minimum 5 classes and recitals and annual concert.

- Students should prepare their music assigned before the first class.
- Each student is required to bring their own harp and harp bench, and a music stand to all rehearsals and concerts unless other arrangements have been made with coach.

Registration Deadline: AUGUST 20, 2026

Music will be sent out by the first week of September

Class location: HARP STUDIO, Fullerton, CA

Total Tuition Fee (2026-2027) :  $300 ($50 X 6 classes)

OCYMF Membership Fee: $100 (includes solo recital fee and ensemble concert fee for 2026-2027 school year) Concert Dates will be announced shortly

GROUP A - recommended for 4th Grade and under (less than one year of experience)

SCHEDULE: 3rd Sunday of Each Month at 2:30PM-3:30PM (subject to change) -Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, April

GROUP B - recommended for 5th Grade and under (less than 3 years of experience)

SCHEDULE: 3rd Sunday of Each Month at 3:30PM-4:30PM (subject to change) -Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, April

GROUP C - recommended for 7th Grade and under (more than 3 years of experience)

SCHEDULE: 4th Sunday of Each Month at 2:30PM-3:30PM (subject to change) -Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, April

GROUP D - recommended for 8th Grade and up (more than 4 years of experience)

SCHEDULE: 4th Sunday of Each Month at 3:30PM-4:30PM (subject to change) -Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, April

Refund Policy

You may request for a full refund until 15 days prior to the first class.  Refunds will NOT be made after that.
